SUSTAINABLE PROCESSES

Our goal is to design and make positive change in our industry and society.

*ZERO WASTE

Our goal is to achieve zero waste on all the fabrics we order. This implies a very laborious and studied pattern clothing work. We work with geometric patterns so as not to waste fabrics. In addition, from the beginning of the brand, we decided to not follow fashion trends, and to focus on our unique brand concept. That allows us to have no fabric waste, we use the ones that work for us again and we always focus on innovative design.

*MATERIALS

We're focused on using the most responsible textiles in our designs, making better choices with our local suppliers.

For 2021, our commitment is to use organic fibers, recycled fibers and sustainable fibers to support a healthy environment for our workers and consumers. For now, we are principally working with dead stocks and we do not use any fur or animal leather. Also, we are working in develop our own textiles from recycled fibers and always studying to include fabrics innovations in our materials.

*RECYCLED

We are always aware of being careful with each material we use. We create an internal program in our company with guidelines for the recycling of materials (fabric, cardboard, plastic, glass, etc).

*ENERGY

We aim to minimize waste and energy usage wherever possible in our studio and throughout the production of each garment. 

*CARBON

Our designs are responsible and locally produced with intention and care.

We are a local brand made in Mexico City, so our processes have low carbon footprint. 

*WATER

We are deeply aware of the global water crisis and are currently working to increase water efficiencies in our manufacturing process.

*WEAR MORE AND WASH LESS

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE IN FASHION INDUSTRY? CARE YOUR CLOTHES LIKE THE GOOD FRIENDS THEY ARE AND BE AWARE ABOUT THE NEW REALITY.

We also support green cleaning by working to eliminate conventional dry cleaning in favor of hand and machine washing in cold water.

*ENGINEERED DIGITAL PRINTS

We have chosen to digital printing to reduce fabric waste and allowed the flexibility to have small runs of production. Digital printing reduces water waste because the fabric doesn't need as many wash/rinse cycles, and there are no screens or colorant baths that require cleaning.
